My work work extends far beyond the realm of social media.
Political Organizing
I serve as a lead organizer and Spanish translator with the nonprofit mutual aid organization NorCal Resist. I am particularly active in the refugee resettlement program. I also help manage the group’s Action Network, which includes bilingual email and text outreach to thousands of individuals and families across Northern California.
Nonpartisan Analysis
For approximately a year and a half, I worked for the California State Auditor. In my time, I rose to the level of senior policy analyst and contributed to reports on such important topics as greenhouse gas emissions, biased policing, and equitable distribution of COVID-19 relief.
